Terms of Service

Last updated: March 6, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.onlineradep.com and the courses offered by RADEP Online Education, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in a course. By enrolling, you represent that you are the individual required by the court or authorized body to complete the course. You may not purchase or complete a course on behalf of another person without their knowledge and explicit consent.

2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is complete upon receipt of payment and successful creation of your account. You will receive login credentials via the email address you provide. Course access is granted to the enrolled individual only and may not be shared or transferred.

We offer two courses:

  • 12-Hour RADEP Course — for drivers who have not previously completed the 8-Hour Driver Improvement Clinic for the same citation.
  • 4-Hour RADEP Course — for drivers who have already completed the 8-Hour Driver Improvement Clinic for the same citation.

It is your responsibility to confirm with your attorney or the court which course is required for your specific case. We do not provide legal advice.

3. Course Access and Completion

Once enrolled, you may access course content at any time. Progress is saved automatically, and you may log in and out as needed. Course completion requires:

  • Satisfying all state-mandated minimum time requirements (tracked via built-in timers)
  • Completing all required quizzes with a passing score (quizzes may be retaken unlimited times)
  • Passing identity verification checks as required throughout the course

Attempting to circumvent timers, identity checks, or any other course requirements is a violation of these Terms and may result in course termination without a refund.

4. Identity Verification

Virginia court compliance requires that we verify your identity before and during the course. You agree to participate in any required identity verification procedures. Failure to complete verification will prevent course completion and certificate issuance.

5. Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of all course requirements, a digital certificate of completion will be issued to you via email as a PDF. Certificates are issued only to the enrolled individual. We do not guarantee that any specific court will accept a certificate; it is your responsibility to confirm acceptance with your court prior to enrollment.

We maintain completion records and can reissue certificates upon request. Contact us at support@onlineradep.com for record requests.

6. Pricing and Payment

Course pricing is listed on our website at the time of enrollment. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund on any course, no questions asked, provided that:

  • Your certificate of completion has not yet been issued, and
  • You request the refund by contacting us at support@onlineradep.com or 804-596-6276

Once a certificate has been issued, no refund will be provided. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your login credentials with any other person
  • Attempt to complete the course on behalf of another person
  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with course content
  • Attempt to bypass timers, identity checks, or any compliance mechanism
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any course materials
  • Use the website or course in any manner that violates applicable law

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without a refund and may be reported to the relevant court or authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, website design, text, graphics, and logos are the property of RADEP Online Education, LLC or its content licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content solely for the purpose of completing your enrollment requirements.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from course completion, including but not limited to the dismissal of charges, reduction of penalties, or acceptance by any specific judge or court.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RADEP Online Education, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to complete the course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your course enrollment.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADEP Online Education, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Henrico County, Virginia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
