These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.onlineradep.com and the courses offered by RADEP Online Education, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before enrolling. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in a course. By enrolling, you represent that you are the individual required by the court or authorized body to complete the course. You may not purchase or complete a course on behalf of another person without their knowledge and explicit consent.
Enrollment is complete upon receipt of payment and successful creation of your account. You will receive login credentials via the email address you provide. Course access is granted to the enrolled individual only and may not be shared or transferred.

Once enrolled, you may access course content at any time. Progress is saved automatically, and you may log in and out as needed. Course completion requires:
Attempting to circumvent timers, identity checks, or any other course requirements is a violation of these Terms and may result in course termination without a refund.
Virginia court compliance requires that we verify your identity before and during the course. You agree to participate in any required identity verification procedures. Failure to complete verification will prevent course completion and certificate issuance.
Upon successful completion of all course requirements, a digital certificate of completion will be issued to you via email as a PDF. Certificates are issued only to the enrolled individual. We do not guarantee that any specific court will accept a certificate; it is your responsibility to confirm acceptance with your court prior to enrollment.
We maintain completion records and can reissue certificates upon request. Contact us at support@onlineradep.com for record requests.
Course pricing is listed on our website at the time of enrollment. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
We offer a full refund on any course, no questions asked, provided that:
Once a certificate has been issued, no refund will be provided. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without a refund and may be reported to the relevant court or authorities.
All course content, materials, website design, text, graphics, and logos are the property of RADEP Online Education, LLC or its content licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content solely for the purpose of completing your enrollment requirements.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from course completion, including but not limited to the dismissal of charges, reduction of penalties, or acceptance by any specific judge or court.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RADEP Online Education, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or inability to complete the course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your course enrollment.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RADEP Online Education, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Henrico County, Virginia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
